Section 1: Community Conduct & Student Behavior
1.1 Community Promotion & Database Protection
External Promotion Ban: Members are strictly prohibited from promoting, advertising, selling, or circulating any external products, services, courses, competitive communities, events, referral links, or third-party organizations inside BunkToBrains official community groups (e.g., WhatsApp, Discord) without prior written permission.
Prior Approval: Any collaboration, partnership, or cross-promotional activity must be formally reviewed and approved by the central BunkToBrains team before publication.
Data Privacy & Lead Generation: No member may exploit BunkToBrains community groups, student contact databases, or platform access lists for personal marketing, recruitment, or lead-generation activities.
Disciplinary Action: Unauthorized promotions will be immediately deleted. Depending on the severity of the violation, offending accounts face temporary restriction or permanent removal from the BunkToBrains community channels.
1.2 Student Code of Conduct
Mutual Respect: Every student is expected to interact with peers, moderators, interns, and core BunkToBrains team members with absolute respect and professionalism.
Banned Behaviors: Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate language and behaviors are strictly forbidden.
Anti-Spam Regulations: Users must avoid excessive spamming, flooding chat rooms with duplicate messages, or disrupting community discussions.
Misrepresentation & Impersonation: Students must not spread false information about BunkToBrains products, courses, team members, or partners. Impersonating a BunkToBrains admin, moderator, or employee is grounds for immediate termination of all platform access.
Moderation Authority: All members must follow instructions and moderation warnings issued by official BunkToBrains admins. Repeated violations will trigger temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform ecosystem.
Section 2: Screenshot, Account & Content Protection
2.1 Screenshot Limitations
Allowed Threshold: To balance learning utility with digital rights protection, students may take a maximum of three (3) screenshots of permitted study materials or notes on the BunkToBrains website.
Restricted Zones: Screenshots of protected areas of the BunkToBrains website (where system blockers or watermarks are active) are strictly prohibited.
Automatic Penalization: System monitors actively track screenshot activity. Exceeding the screenshot limit of three (3) will trigger an automatic account ban.
2.2 Content Protection & Redistribution Rules
No Sharing/Selling: Sharing, selling, redistributing, uploading to public drives, or forwarding BunkToBrains premium content, including notes, solved papers, PDFs, videos, or course lectures, is strictly illegal.
Personal Use Only: Premium educational materials are licensed solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of the registered student.
Consequences of Leakage: If premium materials are leaked or shared outside the BunkToBrains environment, the platform will execute immediate account suspension, permanent bans, and pursue further legal remedies.
2.3 Account Security & Vulnerability Reporting
No Credential Sharing: BunkToBrains account logins, subscription profiles, and purchase details must not be shared with friends, classmates, or third parties.
Security Integrity: Users must not attempt to bypass website restrictions, device caps, digital rights management (DRM), or security firewalls.
Responsible Disclosure: Exploiting website bugs, security loopholes, or transactional vulnerabilities is strictly forbidden. If a user discovers a system glitch or security issue, they must report it privately to the BunkToBrains development team instead of exploiting it or sharing it publicly.
Section 3: Intellectual Property & Academic Integrity
3.1 Copyright & Trademark Rights
B2B Ownership: All BunkToBrains study materials, including expert-curated notes, PYQs (Previous Year Questions), sessional solutions, high-traffic YouTube One-Shot lectures, graphic assets, animations, custom designs, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of BunkToBrains.
No Plagiarism: No individual or organization may present materials containing BunkToBrains branding, watermarks, or signatures as their own original work.
Commercial Restrictions: No user, third-party content creator, or commercial entity is permitted to reproduce, modify, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit BunkToBrains content without prior formal written consent from the founders.
Infringement Reporting: All members are encouraged to report suspected content theft or unauthorized redistribution to the team.
3.2 Academic Honesty & Ethical Use
Aids to Learning: BunkToBrains resources are built to supplement class learning and assist with exam preparation. They must never be misused to violate college or university academic policies.
No Exam Misconduct: Students must not use the platform or its community channels to obtain unauthorized examination papers or secure confidential university data.
Anti-Hoax Regulations: Creating, distributing, or hyping fake "exam paper leaks" or claiming official endorsement of such leaks under the BunkToBrains brand is strictly prohibited.
Section 4: Feedback, Gamification & E-Commerce
4.1 System Reporting & Bugs
Official Paths: If a user identifies an error in study notes, a broken link on the website, or a bug in the code editor, they must report it through:
- Direct contact with an official team member
- The website's native feedback button/portal
- The official feedback Google Form
No Public Smearing: Users must utilize these official reporting channels to seek corrections rather than spreading unverified claims or panic within the community groups.
4.2 Testimonial & Rating Authenticity
Verification Checks: All user reviews, grades, and feedback published on BunkToBrains platforms are subject to strict validation.
Strict Prohibitions: Students must not submit fabricated GPA scores, upload forged grade sheets, or impersonate other students in reviews. BunkToBrains reserves the absolute right to audit and verify all academic claims before publishing testimonials.
4.3 Leaderboard and Gamification Rules
Rankings: BunkToBrains periodically evaluates user activity to finalize the student Leaderboard.
Rewards: The top 3 ranked students of each semester are eligible for custom rewards, including product discounts, gifts, goodies, appreciation certificates, and other benefits.
Fair Play: Any attempt to manipulate leaderboard metrics, fake engagement time, or script account visits will lead to instant disqualification and a permanent ban from leaderboard rewards.
4.4 Refund Policy
Monetization Structure: Premium lectures of Unit 1 of all study courses is provided completely free of charge. Access to Units 2, 3, and 4 requires purchasing a Premium Bundle.
Refund Window: If a student is genuinely dissatisfied with a purchased premium bundle, they may file a refund claim within a strict six to seven (6-7) hour window from the exact time of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria: Refund approvals are based on the volume of content consumed, downloaded, or accessed. Decisions made by the BunkToBrains administration after review are final and binding.
Section 5: Campus Ambassador (CA) Program Guidelines
5.1 Program Structure & Campus Representation
Appointment: BunkToBrains selects one (1) high-performing first-year student from each IPU college to represent BunkToBrains on campus.
Core Mandate: Ambassadors serve as local "Product Evangelists." Their primary objective is to onboard students to the website, guide them through the "Choose Your Path" options (Academic vs. Skills), and drive community growth.
5.2 Monthly Campaign Modules & Target Schemes
Ambassadors operate under a target-driven model comprising key performance indicators (KPIs):
Saviour Conversion Target: Ambassadors are assigned a monthly target for premium sales of the Academic Bundles (covering Units 2, 3, and 4) for high-difficulty subjects like Applied Mathematics II and Engineering Mechanics.
Skill-Up Enrolments: Ambassadors must promote registrations for the Premium Skills courses, such as the Frontend or Backend/Supabase series.
Testimonial Drives: Ambassadors must collect and verify at least five (5) real student testimonials on their campus detailing how B2B helped them pass exams or boost their CGPA.
5.3 Weekly Feedback Loop & Report System
Updates Requirement: Ambassadors must maintain active records of every student they onboard or convert.
Weekly Reports: Every Sunday, ambassadors are required to submit a detailed progress report using the website’s "Share Feedback" tool. This report must document user enrollment progress, transition rates from free Unit 1 to paid bundles, and student feedback.
Campus Pulse Intelligence: CAs must feed information back into B2B regarding their specific college sessional dates, local syllabus modifications, and high-difficulty academic zones, enabling B2B to deploy timely study aids.
5.4 Incentive Matrix
To maintain peak motivation, CAs receive an incentive package:
Fixed Benefits: Immediate, unrestricted free access to all B2B Premium Academic Bundles, Premium Skill Courses, professional mentorship from founders and "Star Member" status on the platform Leaderboard.
Section 6: Internships, TAs & Core Employees
6.1 Role Transparency & SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Engagement Clarity: For all internship positions (including teaching, content, and development interns) and employee roles, BunkToBrains provides written clarity on roles, deliverables, working hours, and timelines.
Performance Evaluations: All team members are assessed based on performance, consistency, professionalism, work quality, deadlines, and overall output. Performance-based incentives or bonuses may be adjusted or withheld if targets are missed.
6.2 Mandatory Documentation
Credentials: Upon successful completion of their contracted duration and responsibilities, interns and ambassadors are entitled to request and receive official BunkToBrains documentation, including:
- Official Offer/Engagement Letters
- Completion Certificates
- Professional Experience Letters (where applicable)
- Appreciation Certificates (for outstanding contributions)
6.3 Absolute Confidentiality & NDA
Data Security: All core staff, interns, and ambassadors receive access to proprietary information. Under no circumstances may any member share internal user databases, business intelligence, revenue metrics, or unreleased technology stacks (such as private backend integrations) outside of authorized channels.
Use Limitations: Utilizing BunkToBrains data, proprietary code, or teaching assets for personal projects, competing platforms, or external organizations is strictly illegal.
Post-Termination Survival: Confidentiality obligations remain legally active and binding even after the individual's formal relationship with BunkToBrains has terminated.
6.4 Intellectual Property Assignment
IP Transfer: All study resources, codebases, graphic assets, animations, and lesson guides created by employees or interns during their working hours belong exclusively to BunkToBrains. No individual may claim personal ownership or reuse these assets for commercial gain elsewhere.
Section 7: Enforcement & Official Communications
